Sub Traits are extra traits to put on a character that are also completely optional. Although some sub traits are even learnable although they'd have to learn it from someone with said sub-trait.
Hands of God
Healers are an amazing addition to any group and those with this sub trait specialize in reverse cursed energy. They can start with RCE and gain a 1.5x buff to reverse cursed energy training.2/2
Knowledge of The Soul
Knowledge of the soul gives a person awareness of their own soul and how to protect it against soul based attacks. Those with this ability can even directly interact with a persons soul either by physical attacks or a cursed technique (cannot be both)0/2 (Learnable)
Unrivaled Terror
There are individuals out there who provoke fear in even the strongest of sorcerers. It is said that their sheer aura is capable of sending shivers into the ancient sorcerers of the Hein era. This Unrivaled Terror is a trait that gives the user the ability to put fear in the hearts of others one true grade lower than them and leave them stunned for an entire post.0/3
Amp Usage
There is a certain trick that very advanced sorcerers can do which is called domain amplification. This is mainly used to bypass cursed techniques by imbuing ones physical attacks with the sure hit effect of their domain. However the cost to this is the inability to use ones cursed technique while it's active.1/2 (Learnable)
Anti Arcadia
Without the ability the ability to initially use a domain expansion. One must think of a way to get things done and work their way up in the ranks of jujutsu society. Armed with nothing more than a weapon users of this trait know every form of anti-domain technique from new shadow style to hollow wicker basket and even the falling blossom emotion. The only thing they don't know or use is domain amplification.0/4

Users of this sub trait specialize in making incantations while in the middle of combat, allowing them to increase the output of their cursed techniques by 20% if a full incantation is performed. (Full incantations are done in 2 turns)0/2 (Learnable)
Spirit Body
Certain curses out there can transform their bodies to beyond their normal capabilities. After reaching a pseudo awakening of sorts, ones sick and twisted desires can allow a cursed spirit to achieve a body made from pure malice and hatred. A curse realizing their true nature and allowing it to consume their physical form. This form boosts a curses overall capabilities by 200%.0/2 (Curse only)

Who said that Sukuna was the only one capable of using someone else as a vessel? Well they're not, in fact there have been others that have replicated Sukuna's technique of transferring his power (but they have to be submitted).
